I created this post in 2019 and never got around to posting it. Earlier this it’s sad to say that Bandit(on the right) passed away. I’m going to miss that little rascal.

The struggle is real. LOL
Raider(above) and his sister Slash were my very first dog sitting clients. I believe it was Thanksgiving 2012, though I’m not really sure. Not that it matters. Pet sitting wasn’t on my radar. A friends co-worker had their dog sitter cancel on them and was frantically looking for a replacement. My friend, Lisa mentioned I should take the gig since my photo business is slow during the holidays. I didn’t and still don’t have any of my own so, I was like what the heck, I love animals, I’ll do it. That’s how my pet sitting business came to be. I have about 75 clients so far. If you live in the DFW area or are will to fly me out, I’ll travel anywhere to take care of your babies.
My cuddle buddy last week. I so enjoy my time with him. Millie, his sister isn’t as cuddly and is too wiggly to get a photo of her.
Cute and mischievous, what a deadly combination. lol. Look at that face and tell me something different. I had 5 days with Trace and his brothers Tiger and Rico who are both chihuahuas and they both rule Trace even though he is 5 times their size. So in the end, size does NOT matter.
I got to sit this regal follow, Lucky, last week along with his brother Happy. I’m both lucky and happy to get to spend time with these guys.
It’s a busy time of the year to pet sit and I love it because I get to PLAY!
Look at this great write up we received from our Pop-Up event last week. We had so much fun with the doggie dogs and the people too. I guess we really should have called it our Pup-Up event. LOL We are planning another event this Fall. No date as of this post but I’ll be happy to put you on the list and let you know when we set a date.
What a great time I had last week photographing dogs and their owners. We even had a professional or two. Thanks to Central Christian Church for sponsoring the Pop-Up mini photo shoot. We will have another dog days Pop-Up in the Fall. If you want me to keep you posted send me an email and I’ll put you on the mailing list. On July 29th I will have Pop-Up mini headshot shoot, no puppies at this event.
I could go on and on about all the fun we had but the pictures really do say it all.
